Great experience. Paul was very upfront with me and made the experience terrific. This was my first interaction with Zips as I have other bikes but this is my very first Harley Davidson. I placed a deposit on an inbound bike and was kept informed throughout the entire process and he even delivered my New Harley to my home in Alpena.
